A brief study shows that someone can achieve psychological improvements in mental health as most university students experience anxiety and stress that need to go down. Someone must address the high-stress rate reported among college students due to their experience. This study involved a brief MBSR program to evaluate the efficacy. It involved undergraduate college students coloring for test anxiety. To assess the effectiveness, the number of undergraduates who participated was 167 randomly from Montreal University in the age group of 21-22 years Carsley & Heath (2020). They did the test in a standard way under different mindfulness measures. Both cases showed an important reduction in anxiety and stress, and the state of moments before intervention increased mindfulness, especially those free.

To my research question: Therefore, the study shows a significant improvement in mental health by measuring mindfulness. This study is relevant to my question since it has identified how using MBSR effectively reduces stress among college students. Meta-analyses on mindfulness-based stress reductions (MBSR) show some reductions in stress levels. In conclusion, the study showed significant improvement in mindfulness-based stress reduction among college students in clinical and non-clinical areas of study.
